How about a Hedgie

Hello Everyone,

I must be on an animal craze at the moment....but, I called into the local bookstore....just to look, as you do, and this magazine jumped off the shelf, and inside was a free set of stamps...and papers...now usually I dont go for these free stamps as they are usually quite small, but these babies were a good size, so up to the counter I go and this is one of the stamps from Docrafts "Country Companions"....
a freebie from Papercrafts inspiration magazine.

Too cute....lovely size to work with...coloured with Faber Castell pencils, and highly glittered boots.
Papers were a download from Papercraft inspirations  called Daisy-stripes...

There is Hedgie......

I made the flowers with the scraps of papers and kraft [manilla folder]...and gem brads holding them together..the butterfly from Vicky  .[ in my candy win].thanks Vicky.

So that is my share today....welcome to a new follower, thank you so much for joining me....

Had a rough night with this silly neck muscle, my armpit feels...dead...and my hand keeps getting tingly, but I'm doing my exercises and as I'm a lefty, I'll keep working...feel good this morning, glad to be up...not so cold today...wash day at 'My Ladys'...which reminds me.......

Went to her place last evening, and we were chatting...about nothing that made sense..lol..and I jumped up to put the kettle on, so I could get her tea sorted and get out on that main road, before the traffic got too heavy...anyhow, went to the kitchen, and I could smell something yummy, which you never do, and said to her.."what you got cooking"...she thought for a moment or 6, and said"oh! there is a pie in the mini oven"....so out she came, and pulled this round casserole dish out of the mini oven, and plopped it on the bench...took the lid off, and there was this mush potato top pie [I think] in the dish...well,  got concerned because the day before it was sitting in this oven, but not in this pot, so I mentioned that...and she told me "NO" this is fresh as she bought it at the bakery on the way home from getting her eyes tested....and I said that was yesterday.....no! today......yesterday.....no! today.

I gave up, "eat it and enjoy"...just remember who does the cleaning tomorrow!!!!!!!!

Luv CHRISSYxx

Oh really I can't tell you how much I love hedge hogs I think they are soooo cute. I love your flowers. I hope you fell better and what a cute story about your lady. scary but funny. Sometime when I boil eggs which at the same time I'm crafting the boil until the water is completely gone and I'm startled from my crafting revery from the smoke alarm going off. What going to happen when I get older. My daughter already informed me she wont take care of me and change my diapers. lol I told her I changed hers for years!!!! kids!

I think there's a comedy programme screaming to be written about you & your lady (& occasional untidy men)& some of my slighlty barking-mad gardening clients. I see a future for us both comedy writing. Meanwhile I mis-read your post-title for 'wedgie' (ouch) instead of 'hedgie'. He's a cracker just like your cracking fence...lol xx

Hello my Friend.. Sorry to have not come and visited you this week. So busy, and kind of warn out. Thats ok however as I got all my work done and I just have to work tomorrow and Sat. Then I will get some down time for a day and a half.. We are planning on taking the kids to dinner Saturday if everything goes as planned, so I am stoked for that. They don't know and we love to surprise them out of the blue with fun little things. lol.. Anyway, I love your card and I can so see why you would have bought the magazine. He is just adorable! I sure hope your lady forgot to each her pie. Or I can just imagine what your day will be like tomorrow (I guess already today for you). So, I hope you are heading into a great weekend. Hugs to your and Harry as always. Lisa
