OH CHRISTMAS TREE...



Hello Everyone...

I've been a bit quiet lately,been run off my feet... but had a day nearly to myself today, so played in my craft room for awhile and made a card for a challenge over at Winter Wonderland...

The theme is 'Oh Christmas Tree' and that song has gone round and round in my head all day...lol..so here is my make..



That is a lot of trees using my die from Chrissyxx that she so kindly sent me.

A simple stair step card which I managed to mess up the measurements again, but at least it stands up on its own..

Cut the background tree in a foil card and decorated it with gems...then just added trees from black.... to light green coming forward....and a few patterned papers ones too..



Looking down onto the card....with it's snowy floor, and a little reindeer jumping out from behind a tree..lol..

Added lots of glitter to the snow and foil snowflakes on the trees...

The gorgeous background papers are MME... [believe it or not].." O Christmas Tree.'.

Had a lot of fun making this card...added a LOTV sentiment...all done..

    Chrissy...WOW! I had to stare at this for the longest time. I'm so amazed at the depth of your forest here. How you merged shadows with light is fantastic. I love the darker trees, as if you're looking deep into the woods and then the bright and colorful trees up close. The center stage tree is marvelous and love that reindeer popping in and out the midst. It's a truly fantastic use of the die cut!!
