DELIGHTFUL THURSDAY DT AND CAUGHT ME ON THE HOP

Hello everyone...

Thursday snuck up on me again and was just going to start my tea and remembered it was Thursday...so tea can wait while I do my post for DELIGHTFUL THURSDAY  ...

But what a fabulous distraction using the gorgeous and cute images from the DIGITAL DELIGHTS STORE  and this week I'm using this wonderful set called "Sailor Simon Set"

Aaaand...I made an easel card...hooray! for me..lol...and it was so much fun putting all the bits together.

Sailor Simon was coloured with Faber Castell pencils and a few copics...the ships wheel was fussy cut out.. [I nearly went blind]..and the ship was coloured with copics and pencils for shading..with lots of glitter added to the sails...

I made the porthole with a stamped lighthouse in the background, coloured with chalks and added a starfish [one of the ones I stole borrowed permanently from my daughters bathroom.

Photographed on the stones in my garden for a beachy look...added a couple of sentiment tags from the Digital Delights Store  and a fiskars wave die...the papers are by Teresa Collins.

Challenges to enter...

Inky Impressions   [bold and bright]

Simon says stamp   [anything goes]

Cardz for guys   [Transport]

Papertake weekly  [A cut above]

Thanks so much for dropping in and I will hopefully see you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

A great combination of 3 of my favorites: a masculine card, a nautical scene and the red, white and blue color combo! It's just darling!
