WANDERED OFF FOR A BIT!!...

Hello Everyone...

Tomorrow is the 18th December  and then I have NINE DAYS OFF..how lucky am I..I have worked Christmas day and boxing day for 5 years and in that time I had one Christmas off as it fell on my day off..so this year is a real treat..

So what have I to share today out of my basket..

How about reindeer, I'm fond of reindeer in the snow...even though I rushed the first one and made a balls up..or Netflix had me in a hold, as it does..

So these were the second and third card where my brain was fully functional and I use the lovely soft gray for the background..snow splattering with white ink, trees and snow mounds..nice.

But my first one [ lights on..no one home moment] I used white card for the background..and glued the whole thing together before realizing it..

So then I splattered it with silver ink after the white ink and it is alright..the other ones are better though..

So there we go, thank you so much for stopping by, a very busy time of the year and I appreciate so very much all your visits and comments, thank you so much..

I'm off now for a cuppa and a bit more wrapping today..

See you soon..

Luv CHRISSYxx

All three of these cards are gorgeous Chrissy, the die cut scenes are beautiful, the 'all white' one is as lovely as the other two!
So pleased to hear that you are getting a lovely long break for Christmas! After working the holiday for so many years you deserve to have the time to enjoy with your family and friends....and craft room!

Fabulous card Chrissy love the die-cut reindeer and trees-the soft grey is very effective but the all white with silver splatters looks great too and you certainly threw me with your first sentence tomorrow is the 18th Nov I refreshed the page thinking it was an old post lol

They are amazing cards Chrissy, even the happy accident turned out brilliantly!! Enjoy your extended break Chrissy. Martin has only ever had Christmas Day off once in our 35 years together and that was forced on him because he'd had a back op the week before!! xx

So happy to hear you are getting a proper Christmas break this year, Chrissy - enjoy it to the full!

I adore your reindeer cards... birch trees are one of my favourites, and that soft smoky grey background is really beautiful. The white spattered one is cool too, but the greys have it for me!
