PUSSY CATS..

 Hello everyone,

The other day I shared a tag with a die cut of two pussy cats on it..and I had an idea at the time or later, whenever, so set to couple of days ago and started my idea..

This post DOES have a lot of photos..16 in all..starting with my poor pussy cat who was just too hot the other day, but found some shade and sand fleas which she bought inside, but that's okay..

So on we go...I will post as I took pictures because I never wandered off any where...I stood here for 6 hours and made these and loved every bit of my day..

My thought was to pop back the negative parts of the die after cutting it in a different colour..so I started with black frame of the cats, cut the orange and put the orange in the black..

Now I had an empty orange frame, but I had a black frame with an orange cat!..

Then who woulda thunk, that Weathered wood would make such a lovely grey cat!..

And, Wild Honey could make a pretty ginger pussy..after it was flicked with a bit of water..

Then I needed some pink noses cause some of them needed it, so into the rubbish and found all the pink negative die cuts that I had cut for their ears..[ I know, I went the long way]

then found all these gorgeous spotted papers in my hidden stash and decided to make spotted cats..

Grey spotted cats..

Seven all together I made, they were glued onto oval for easy gluing..

Card bases and envelopes all ready for fixing up..THEN...another light bulb moment..

Had a rumage around and found these papers from Paper Roses, and they are half and half for smaller cards, which I don't usually do, but now I'm doing heaps of them..

And they were perfect for what I want, gorgeous thick papers with a light gloss on them..

And, I had scraps leftover, and I have already put them to good use..

And there we have a bunch of cards and envelopes..

Even the card candy that I have never used worked out perfectly with these cards..

Done and ready to post out..

So there we go, what a great day that was, and I've even had great days since....with leaves..

Thanks so much for stopping by, hope you are all well and safe, and getting those jabs, ours has hit the country, just waiting to hear..

See you tomorrow..

Luv CHRISSYxx

What a great variety of kitties you have here. Love them all, but especially your real kitty, she's so cute! I got first shot last week. I volunteered to work at one of the vaccine sites so I guess they thought we should have a bit of extra protection...I start next week.

A super bunch of cat cards, you’re so organized, making so many cards at a time, and none is exactly the same. Well done!

Wow that's definitely your full time job now Chrissy and you do it so well! I was supposed to be taking a break this weekend but ended up on my feet for two days in a row painting lol. Spring has sprung early for me lol. I absolutely love these cards and can understand why you wanted to keep at it.
