LITTLE RED WAGON..DT

 Hello everyone,

I'm so excited to be here today to share my project for LITTLE RED WAGON  and our hostess is KATE

with the theme Bette Davis Eyes - [include faces/face on your project]

Well, I knew exactly what I wanted to use and make as these papers were screaming out to me for ages..they were left over from when I covered my placemats..

Stamperia Seaworld..this lovey lady was waiting to be fussy cut..

And matted onto green cardstock..along with her onion bag netting..

Then I fussy cut out another smaller version of her..

And popped it right on top which gave a double impression..

Micro pearls along the bottom...

and along the top and in her hair..

A die cut clock in metal card stock..

The second panel went onto the inside of the card with white panel to write on..it was smooshed onto my glass surface with oxide inks..

Then out came nuts and more cogs and added onto the printed ones for dimension and texture..

The starfish I made out of clay in a mold and painted..

A close up of starfish and a few elements..

And here we are all finished..I had so much fun making this card..

So bring on your Bette Davis Eyes, show us your faces on your projects..
any kind of projects not just cards..HERE

Thank you so much for stopping by..

Love, love, love this fantastic card Chrissy! That image is a real beauty- so clever to double her up the way you have, the steampunk elements and texture look amazing- altogether a wonderful piece of fantasy art!

How you can call this a card Chrissy? It should be framed and put on display. It is stunning and the design is fantastic. Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

Oh my goodness, Chrissy! You had me at the 2nd photo. Pure loveliness. But then you continued unfolding the mystery behind your creation. Never would I have thought of doubling the graphic like that. What a wonderful idea to convey a point! I was also surprised by the starfish embellishment - bringing forth a rather Darwinian-scientific element to this fabulous masterpiece! It's incredible! hugs, de

What an amazing work of art, Chrissy! Calling it a card is definitely not fitting for this beauty.
