CATS OR DOGS..

 Hello everyone,



Changed this post to another day in the office..I made a boo boo and posted as a DT project.

Goes without saying, I LOVE all and every type of animal there is but my passion is my Holly..


So I started off with making a night sky with oxide inks and these awesome blending brushes, makes it so much easier for large spaces...


Punched out yellow card stock for my moon..


And inked it up with several oxide inks and sprayed on some water..and made craters on the moon!..


Then die cut and sprayed inks and smooshed as well..


Die cut a branch and tiny pink blossoms..


Made my wall fit a slimline and added the love cats, moon and branch to start my scene..


The leaves went on one at a time..


and so did those tiny little blossoms, one at a time.


Added wooden stars and sentiment quotes..


And there we are...

    Chrissy, this is DARH-LING! Your inky blends and the use of the brilliant die cuts are really fantastic, right down to the dimensional tiny flowers.     I had cats from when I was very young and all through my life. Until now!! We live too close to a busy road so not suitable.

    I always enjoy your step by step guides, it’s interesting to see how your card comes to life. I really like this, the nighttime scene is so well done, love the details of flowers and stars. Beautiful.
