Hello everyone,
Brr..we are having a Winter blast coming through from the south and my goodness it is chilly..but refreshing..
AND..some new dies arrived a wee while ago now, but just getting round to sharing..
Had a play with all the flowers, my favorite being the pink top left..and I LOVE the typewriter and made quite a few cards with that and will share soon...
So tried something a bit different and cut the flowers in different colours
and then mixed and matched..
They looked, in real life, a little bit flat, not to much interest going on, so the answer to that..SPLATTER..
Then inked the edges and then I liked them a lot..
Decided on these papers that my friend Aussie Annie sent me for my Birthday..
And they were just right...
All the flowers and leaves put into place and looked great..
All glued and with their envelopes..love them..
Thank you so much for stopping by..got my new socks on tonight and my thick old woolly jumper that is too big but comfy and ready to sit down and watch Nancy Drew on Neon..sometimes it is scary and I have to watch with my eyes shut..

Great cards Chrissy. That's a great new die. Very interesting shape and the addition of the splatters and inking round the edges really made the flowers pop.

ReplyDeleteAh, new goodies, that's always fun! I've never seen these flower dies in my stores, but I'm not a flower crafter, never know how to arrange them. You, on the other hand, surely do. Gorgeous cards!
