Hello everyone,
I have some cone flowers to share today..
Such a cute little die that cuts out 2 layers of petals and the center and you just put them altogether..
I don't know if you can get blue cone flowers but in craft world anything goes..
I added a bit of foam tape behind the petal layers..
And my butterfly...
Added some white dots with my gel pen for interest..
And then tried the light purple..
Inked the centers and really like this one too...
So there we go, a bit of Spring for a change, but coming back with a doozy Autumn project on Thursday, can't wait to share that..
Here is a clue..

Wow these cone flowers are brilliantly done Chrissy! I love the popped up dimension you gave them and why not blue ones too?! I love my cone flowers every year in my back yard! OOOOHH! I can't wait to see what happens with this wooden box Chrissy!!

Love both colours Chrissy and I think you can have flowers in any colour you like. I have some of the plants in my garden and and they are dark pink but they come in different colours. Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

ReplyDeleteOh my these are beautiful Chrissy I love the Cone Flowers and yes in crafting anything goes, lol, the colours are fabulous so are the papers the butterfly ACE makes I have the die for the large Cone Flowers that I still haven't used yet, just can't get into the swing of things at the moment, brilliant work
