FAVORITE CHRISTMAS SENTIMENT..DT

 Hello everyone,

A new, and last for this year, challenge is up  over at AS YOU LIKE IT  and our lovely Annette  has picked the theme and it is...FAVORITE CHRISTMAS SENTIMENT - and why?

It goes without saying that I use this die for nearly every single Christmas card as I just love it...

But before I share that I'll show you what I glued it onto....

I had in my mind a vintage style card,

a  rocker card,

 and what better die to use than a horse..

So I die cut this fellow about three times,

 glued them all together then using a dauber...

I dappled him....and paper pieced his rocker part with gold card stock..

and added some gold to cover behind his saddle, bridle and the dots...

All ready to go...

And before I knew it it was done..

I drifted away and just glued down all my bits I had ready, flowers, branches, berries...

Added gold thread into a bow with a tiny gold bell on it that jingles when he rocks...

My last tiny bell..can't find any anywhere that does not cost me ridiculous postage...

Anyway, there is my bestest Christmas sentiment ever..I love this die, it cuts like a dream, fabulous size, and you can put it right over any project and you would think you are covering up stuff, but it doesn't, it just sits there and just works..
