YELLOW...MY FAVOURITE

 Hello everyone,

Well, first off, MARY MOTHER OF, the girl who used to live down the street when I was a kid, I think they dragged any random person they wanted off the street to shove that hollowed out knitting needle into my arm for my booster, blimey, it hurt like a son of a sea captain..but I'm fine today, throbbing a bit. but keep using it to keep the muscle soft..

So today I can share this card with you as it has arrived in record time to my dear friend Janette for her Birthday..which is not yet as the postie ran all the way and it got there 10 days early [Sigh]..

Sponging, so relaxing and fun...

Layering up the colours....

Added orange and shuddered....

Onto the green..

Yummy, I liked it..

Added black splatter...because that's what you do..

Cut out the flowers...

And glued them all together...

LOVE those leaves..

All ready to go....

Now this card stock I bought such a long time ago and was really shocked at the colour...I didn't like it at all..too much yellow in it and never used it...Hero Arts - Pesto..

But then, I placed my leaves on it...Loved it.

So Oval and frame die cut

Flowers and sentiment in place..

A close up of the flowers and sentiment...

Love the soft gems from Crafters Choice..

and a dimensional look which didn't have any trouble going through the mail..

And there we have a Birthday card for my friend...

Thank you so much for stopping by..

  11. Your card is absolutely stunning Chrissy! Really beautiful with the yellow sunny colors of the flowers and your design put it all together beautifully too! With the way the mail system goes any more, you feel like you have to be a tad bit early, but I'm sure the recipient adored this! Glad your arm is feeling better friend!
