Hello everyone,
Wednesday here again and time for a new challenge over at LITTLE RED WAGON and this week our lovely Imke is hostess and her theme runs with the alphabet and this week it is " B " for Birthday..easy peasy..and fun..and of course I got carried away and made another nautical project..
This is the card base and panels..
Standing up, always a bonus.
Look at these papers, they are to die for..
Such cute and fun nautical images..
Stripes, anchors, fish, all of it..
And these were cut out and matted to make ephemera..
So it all started to come together..
adding my cut outs
and a lovely big birthday die cut..
pockets and panels and tags to put inside.
Leftover fabric from ring binder book trimmed using
my pinking shears.
Book all done..tied together.
Untied...
small panel open..
wide open..
This fabric panel has a secret spot for tags..
The light house is wooden I just added moss and stuff..
This turned into a tag for the inside pocket and I added a tiny starfish..
Tag out..
Close up anchor, it is wooden too..
and all tied up again..
So do come and join us HERE we would love to see you..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you again soon..
luv CHRISSYxx
