I DO LIKE TO BE BESIDE THE SEASIDE...

 Hello everyone,

I do, I do like to be beside the seaside and I'm not very far away from it as I live on a coastline in NZ..inland a bit but not too far at all...

So, I made a simple little tag with dies and scraps of cardstock, just for fun..

Blank tag, covered tag with papers  from Francheville called
Modern Coastal
this is going to be my challenge to use a very busy dark background..

dies at the the ready..

and die cutting in white and have to colour everything..
except for the cork sand.

clouds too..

clouds glued down and trimmed..
and white paint foam added to the sea..

die cuts just simple coloured..

and done....

then I had to mess around with it when I was already satisfied with it, but, I found a glitter pen in my draw, and thought it would be such a good idea to add onto the cork..mmm..
it does not look too bad in real life, just hard to capture it on camera..

Anyway it is done, I had fun, and now back to the scrapbook for a minute or too, I'm onto great, great great grandparents..I thinks cameras had just been invented, ha ha ha,,hard to work with..

Thank you so much for stopping by, be back tomorrow sometime with DT project, so see you then..

Fabulous beachy tag, surely everyone loves the beach Chrissy, I mean why wouldn't they, haha. I am near to the seaside, I do love it so I 'get' it. You have added just about all that a sunny day would be.
Now, about these scrap books, are they your family or for someone else and will we ever gt to see them, it fascinates me. xxx

Would be lovely to live within touching distance of the sea!

It's a lovely tactile creation and given me ideas for some cork sheets I've had for so long, many thanks for sharing with us at Allsorts challenge (although need to ask you to add produce details to be eligible, as per our post).

Oh wow it really came out fabulous!! I wish we lived near the sea. I love a day out to Omeath which is in the South of Ireland, my favourite place to be.

Awesome, the busy background worked great, love the waves in the water and the great relaxing scene you have created. So nice to live that close to water :)

What a darling beach scene tag! I adore that tiny sailboat along with your sunshine charm! I have cornfields, grass and trees all around me, so I would love to sit with you at the beach! :)
