Hello everyone,
Well, that week flew by and it is Wednesday already and time doe a new challenge over at..
Little Red Wagon and our Brenda is hostess this week and her theme is Signs of Spring - flowers, birds, and spring like colours..whatever you want...
I chose a very bright happy yellow card stock for my panels and leftovers strips of
random papers from my stash..some long, some short..
cut to fit and joined where necessary..
also using my ephemera envelopes I made,
I'm doing well with using up my tuff..
I cut some of the front of my card off..
and now have a little flap in the front and you can see the envelope inside..
Mmmm..I need an edge.
So used a slimline die which cuts a scallop edge and glued it on using pattern paper..
you might have to squint your eyes to see it.
then added a beautiful daisy sticker and a sentiment
so pretty, I love yellow..
this is the little tag inside the envelope..
peeking inside..
and there we go..

Another gorgeous project, Chrissy, full of vintage goodness and texture! Love it! And definitely fits the spring theme perfectly.
Such a cheerful burst of spring. The bright yellow panels feel so fresh, and the mix of patterned strips adds great movement without overwhelming the design. The little front flap is such a fun structural touch, especially with the scalloped edge peeking through. The ephemera envelope is a lovely surprise inside, and the daisy sticker ties everything together beautifully.

Beautiful!! I love the little flap to show a peak of the envelope and tag behind, the pretty scalloped border is a lovely touch and the pretty daisy is a lovely touch to go with your die cut flower! Like the little heart on the tag too!
So pretty - and the yellow really is beautiful and absolutely perfect for your spring creation!
