Hello everyone,
I hope you have a wonderful Easter with a long weekend thrown in too..
My DT project today for Little Red Wagon us " Show us your Easter projects "
I only made two this year, this is the first one..
I bought these pretty papers a long time ago because of the lemons ( as you do )
But they really are spot on for Easter.
So I cut out a bunch of eggs and stenciled
gold dots on this one..
The clouds and sun
and this very tall gate for the eggs to nestled in front of
with the cute bunny looking over the top..
thank goodness for pre organised sentiments stamped or otherwise..
and found three of these that I had stamped and inked..
and glued it onto the grass..done.

very cute, love the patterns on your eggs and the great scene you have made with them, like the eggs tucked in the grass and showing a sunny day, with a great fence to hold them up, that bunny peeking over tops it off great!

Love the papers Chrissy and your finished card is so cute. Those eggs are so beautifully decorated with the stencilling and yes, having pre prepared sentiments is a Godsend.

ReplyDeleteSuch a bright and cheerful Easter scene with those lemony papers bringing so much freshness to the design, and the stenciled gold dots add a lovely bit of texture to the eggs. The tall gate, layered grass, and that sweet bunny peeking over the top create a playful little vignette, and the pre‑stamped sentiment tucks in perfectly to finish everything off.
