DONT FORGET THE GREEN!!



Hello Everyone.....

I have sick old people..oh! dear...the Autumn blues have hit home and daylight saving has not even finished yet...I've been running around getting tissues and panadol...mopping up,two panic attacks, and just getting stressed...lol..then did the cooking at my daughters, watched the boys, till the parents came home... so glad to be home now, and all ready for a new Flutter By Wednesday   ...phew.....

This week we have a coloured theme going on...BLUE...YELLOW...and GREEN...and DONT FORGET THE GREEN...

Because I did....had my girl all paper pieced and coloured.. a few flowers dotted around...then gazed upon her and EEK!!...forgot to add green...thank goodness for leaves...



There she is..a little freebie from the internet...coloured with my Faber Castell pencils..and her wings all sparkled up....



Her dress was paper pieced with MME 'Happy Day" papers and the pearls coloured with copics to match...



The beautiful lace from my stash and the flowers from WOC...AND GREEN LEAVES..HOORAY!!..lol..

Dont you hate it when that happens...

    Chrissy your cards is so lovely and pretty,lucky you thinking about green for leaves I did this once but could not save my card because when I got it finished realised I was supposed to be following a sketch for the Dt card and I had to make another lol.

    I just knew that card would win something..it's ADORABLE, but this little fairy has my eyes gleaming with delight. I love the shimmer you put on the wings and the MME paper piecing is perfect, BUT those little blue pearls you have for the fringe is out of this world!!! So happy you found time to post this. Okay, back to blowing noses..wouldn't want to interrupt you too long. :D

    Lovely lovely fairy, Chrissy! Your paper-piecing turned out fantastic, you did a really, really go job on it. And the sparkle wings...love them! I would like to have that paper too! LOL Love seeing your makes. Each makes me happy to see and this one has done the trick. Just beautiful.
