Once upon a time in, deep in the forest there was a beautiful Castle nestled among the tall trees, secluded and quiet,and no sign of life.....
The windows were empty as everyone had left, as they were afraid of the Dragon who lurked and stalked through the forest....
So the poor little Dragon, who did not mean to scare anyone, was all alone...and his name was...well, you can call him anything you want, but I think he is just cute!!....
This card was made for a challenge at Crafty Catz and they want to see Dragons for St Davids day..
Coloured with my Faber Castell pencils....inked the sky with sponges and SU bashful blue ink.....the clouds were cut with Marianne creatables die on corrugated card...and the fabulous trees were a gift to me from Chrissy and she sent me the die all the way from the UK...I was so surprise and ever so thankful, as I love this die and just cannot get it here...Thank you again Chrissy.
Looking down onto my card and this time I got the measurments nearly right..whoo hoo...things are looking up..
and the side view....and rather crooked as it was balanced on my grass...and the wind was blowing and threatening rain....
The castle and dragon were images from the internet colouring pages...
Going to enter into a few challengse at Craft us Crazy [anything goes]
Digi Haven [use green] and Simply Create too [use mostly green]
and Craft Catz of course as that is where the inspiration came from..
and..Simon Says Stamp [anything goes]
Thank for stopping by, hope you are having a good week so far.....off to pick the boys up from school, having a 10 day straight with them after school, so going to be a long few days..lol..means I'm chief cook and bottle washer again...but I eat for free..

Your fortress is AWESOME!!! Poor little Puff, he didn't mean to scare them away. He's adorable and I loved your story. :) Your clouds from Chrissy are just the best. The corrugated texture works perfectly. Fabulous tale and best of luck in your challenges..I hope you win!
