TAG ONE..

 Hello everyone,

Going to start sharing my tags I made for Tag Tuesday and because I'm so enjoying making tags, in fact, I like making tags more than a journal page, I don't know why, I just do..so my tags now are my art journals..

First up is a Christmas tag..TEXTURES..that is the theme for Tag Tuesday..

I made 3 tags to start with with different backgrounds and went from there...

Red was my first choice and stenciled some leaves in olive green...

Then stenciled some spots with modelling paste..and they turned a lovely shade of pink because the background was not dry.!!

Then added a strip[ of burlap and decided to add popsicle sticks..

And made a half fence...

Die cut and added a tree after inking the edges and embossed bit..

Then I added a load of clay balls I made with my air dry clay ready for a mixed media project but thought they added so much dimension..

Die cut the word JOY 4 times and layered them up, made it nice and thick..chipboard stars, raffia bow..

and a jingle bell finished it all off..

And there is a dimension shot..

So there we go, number one done see you tomorrow with number two..

Thanks so much for stopping by..

  16. Personally I struggle with tags, it's like my mind goes blank with that little space. But trying to gather inspiration, so maybe I can get going too. This one has fabulous texture and detail.
