I JUST HAVE TO DO IT..

 Hello everyone,

I just have to share this tag, I was so happy with it...

Started as usual by spraying and doing multiples..

Dried them off and was not too concerned with the blotchy look as I had planed ahead and going to try a new product..

Which I did....

and it failed...lol...I used Nuvo crackle mousse and it did not stick...

So I scratched the remaining bits off....

And was left with this background, which is quite nice.

So my three tags, which were now all a bit different, were sprayed with white shimmer mist..

And this was the beginning of tag #1

I die cut out my church and added gold card stock behind the windows..

Glued on some beautiful Turtle doves [ that is what I'm calling them..] from the Resin Embellishment shop..

Snow on the church roof...

Foliage, snowflake and flower on top...

Just needed a sentiment...

So die cut out the letter in gold to spell JOY and added sticker sentiments to finish it off..

So there go, what started off as a near disaster, turned out, I think, real pretty..

Thank you so much for stopping by, I'll see you tomorrow..

  1. Your disaster really turned out to be a success, Chrissy. Love your photos of the making of. Every time I see this, I also want to start, but somehow or other I never manage to start (too busy with cardmaking??).
