RECYCLING..DT

 Hello everyone,

We are onto challenge #855 for Little Red Wagon and our Brenda is hostess and here theme pick is...

Happy Earth Day - reuse/ recycle something..my favourite thing to do.

This my recycled ephemera

It already had the fold and and contained stickers ( of course it did )
I just covered it and inked it and added a closure and pocket..

plus I covered envelopes and other packaging while I was at it..

I absolutely love using music papers and I bought a big thick music book for 50 cents at the garage sale too, and it was 100 years old I discovered after cutting into it.

Made card panels, three of them different sizes..

added a decorated black envelope..

with a velcro closure..

I will call this a flip flop card as I have no other words..
my recycled packaging pocket on the the front..

Opened with a few tiny little tags inside

and music notes

Then start flipping the panels open..

it opens quite wide

and tags and some treasure inside the envelope

beautiful stickers and some music die cuts

kept going with stickers which turned this card into a feminine card

more tags with stickers and music note ribbon..

tags out..

die cut shapes and stickered them along with more
music note ribbon..

and there she is with the recycled flaps open and a safety pin
threaded with beads and a chain dangling down..

So do come and join us HERE

Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you again soon..

Your recycled ephemera project is incredibly fun to explore as you layer music papers, envelopes, packaging and all those tiny tags into a flip flop design that feels full of movement and discovery, and I love how you transformed each piece with inking, closures, pockets and those feminine touches of stickers, ribbon and die cuts while the beaded safety pin and dangling chain add such a playful finish to the flaps when everything is opened wide.
