Is my head swollen...

Hello everyone,

Well, what a week,I have been pretty busy at work, even more so today as girls are ringing in sick,
and I ended up filling in for a few of them. The funny one was, the people I had to see today, their name sounded familiar, and when I arrived there, I was blown away by the fact, we were next door neighbours when I was 3 or so,and they looked after me, so can imagine how old they are now....

Thankyou also for sending get well wishes for 'Tyla' [G/son]
He had a very bad night, temps up and down to 39-40.Very worrying for Mum & Dad, but Dad took the day off, and the wee man improved as the day went by today.He does this when sickness is coming, and he will probably end up with just a cold, it's just a dramatic build up that he goes through.


OK...enough chit chat.............

I have some news...Do you remember 'Swinging through the trees like a monkey in a breeze'

Well, I made it to the top 3 at Digital Delights   

AND......I have been asked to be a Spotlight Guest designer, by  Wendy .

I was sent some images to play with, and to make a card for them, and this is what I came up with..

This is 'Daisy' and some of her accessories, the bench seat and the bird.There was also a flower pot, doll and a stool.

The inside, pretty simple.
Coloured with pencils,except the big daisy, that was coloured with copics, added the grass dies from Dora, and punched little daisy flowers, added pearls in the centres, punched tiny blue butterflys, sat them on the flowers, gorgeous papers from mme.
Another lovely big bow, to tie it all in.

So there you are, a very proud moment for me, my first GDT.

I will take my big head and go to bed, as another huge day tomorrow...
