Special guest DT

Hello everyone,

I'm back, and feeling so much better...finally went to the doctor and he gave me drugs...good stuff.
The pain eased so quickly, and I buzzed around at work today, and sitting here posting away, so much more comfortable.Only 2 weeks worth and if does not improve on it's own he's going to do an x-ray or scan to see what has torn away, and why it is not healing..but today I'm HIGH...

My second guest week at Stamp Fairy  and loved every minute of it.

This week the theme for the challenge is.....

                                                  CHRISTMAS IN JULY
                                         Make it an easel.

Well, could not complain about that...love easel cards..and who better to perch on the front.. but

                                                  ' LENNY' with Christmas Bauble

He's such a little cutie, coloured with pencils and glitter added to his hat rim and bottom of his jacket, and his bauble .A tiny pom pom on the tip of his hat, now he is fully dressed for Christmas .The papers are from my last years Christmas stash, just added bling to the bauble.

                                                                         Open card

I made a little Christmas tree with a scallop punch, cut the scallops into four, and then just layered them up to the top...Added a few gem stones to make it sparkle..and yes..they are crooked..lol..and a big lush red bow.

So thats me done...my 2 weeks as Special Guest Designer all over and thank you again Gerda for having me, had a wonderful time creating with your cute images.

Luv CHRISSYxx

Good morning my friend. I am glad to hear that you are not feeling any PAIN at the moment. lol... You make me laugh that you are high. Sometimes when the back decides to be a butt that is the only way to deal with it. I hope however that whatever it is will heal and you can get on with it. I love, love your adorable card today. Your little bear is so sweet and OMWord I wish you would make a tutorial on how you made that fabulous tree. It is wonderful! Have a great day. Hugs, Lisa

Yay drugs!!!! Hope it resolves soon Chrissy, though I know it can take months to really settle!
Gorgeous card hun! He's a cutie with his wee pompom!
The snow has gone and we have a frost this morning. I remember one weekend when I was a boarder at Napier Girls High , we had sleety rain and almost snow on the hill...and very little heating in the hostel!!!!!
