What a day yesterday!! What should have been a breeze turned into a hurricane about midday.
I went to a clients house and the waterbed had sprung a leak upstairs and her basement was flooded by the time I turned up. Then the sky turned the darkest grey, the heavens opened, and thunder roared,the wind blew like there was no tomorrow...and I was already up to my knees in water....so glad there is only 8 working hours a day, was so glad to get home...
Have a 'pretty' snowman today...weel I tried to make him pretty to fit a challenge at bunnyzoes and they want [anything Christmas...add pearls]
Coloured with pencils, and my marianne creatables die cut in half..papers from 'forever friends'[santa on his way] and embossed panel with snowflake folder.. and the cute image is a freebie fron Spyder [Lyn]
After inking the sky in..added pearls for snow...plenty of glitter...
and a red ribbon with LOTV sentiment.
There we are..my snowmen are all done...except for the ordered ones, and a wedding card with box ,and a display board, and...and...and...thank goodness I have it all written down...
Off to work...Thursday.. cleaning day with my lady...but at least the sun is shinning after yesterday...washing can go outside.

I think these things happen to you in life because you have a wonderful 'Erma Bombeck-ish' way of relaying life to the readers.
It's hilarious the way you make light of a self-draining waterbed and a flooding basement and then oh so casually move into a beautiful card.
