Boys and Bugs

Hello Everyone.

Hope everyone who has snow and rain and cold are keeping safe and warm...and hope you are ready for another MAKE IT MONDAY

We are very excited to have again one of newer sponsors Bugaboo Stamps! Everyone loves these fun and sweet digis!

For my card this week I was given this little cutie to play with   'Deacon Bugs" from 'Bugaboo"

My G/sons love catching bugs and things[so do I ] and we feed their frog....who lives inside in a tank.

My image is coloured with pencils, and I paper pieced his shirt, inked my sky, and a few copic colours on the flowers and ladybugs.

Close up of image.

A side view...with a big foam Ladybug from my sticker box..added some muslin to go with the net...all done.

Now this week I have picked my favourite for 2 because this lovely lady cuts out all her shapes by hand, and she is new to blogland, needs some blog love her way ,her card she shows, she a previously done, and re-vamped it from all the little things she has learned by following us all.....

I think this is such a cute card by #128 MANDERLY   all those tiny embellshments she cuts by hand...fabulous job Manderly...

So there you go...another week is about to start...have up...old or new, as long as it has paper.

Oh Chrissy, TY for choosing my card! Thank you so much. I appreciate you spot-lighting me! My jaw is on the floor! I am so looking forward to the "bits and bobs" box of cut objects from you. What fun I will have! And you will be saving my hands at the same time...what a sweet and thoughtful lady you are.

As for Deacon, he is..well, what would the word be for a gorgeous boy? He looks so mischievous. Yes, must have been the grandsons for inspiration! I love the embellishment ideas.

Hi Chrissy

What a great image for a boy's card!! I really love the texture you have added with the netting. Your colouring with the pencils is really impressive.

Love you pick this week. Manderly is very talented to create such an awesome card with limited resources.
