Hello Everyone...hope all is well and you are over the big days without a problem.
The only problem I have is I'm so confused with the days...going to clients I shouldn't and not going where I should have......will be sort of glad to get back into a routine.
So..I had some spare time and was asked to make a Wedding card and matching box.. the colour being green...no images...some teal/mint colours would be nice...birds are fine...but not too girlie...sheez...needed my thinking cap on for this one.. but here we are..
A simple card with just a sentiment stamp from 'Rubbadubbadoo'...
Papers are DCWV 'Linen Closet' [there's the teal/mint] and used a few gold heart stickers and a memory box 'Corner Bow' die..
The Side view.....you can see the very old lace I used from 'My Lady'...
This the front of the box [green..lol..].. and the ribbon decoration was on a scented pillow that was given to me years ago...the tiny green orchids are glass..
Used an MB 'Bird cage' die and poppped pearl hearts inside...then added the dove to look like he was carrying it.

Great fun to make and love this green cardstock..bought a heap of it over the holidays as we have a new store in town and it is HUGE...and stocks all my card stock I like to use for my cards and fabulous thick card that my Faber Castell pencils love..and as cheap as chips..BONUS!!

Ooh this is gorgeous Chrissy! what a beautiful card.. I really like how the sentiment is main focus and the pretty frame and paper are perfect…. and I SO love the box… the lush bow and embellies are stunning!!
I'm glad it's not just me who's confused about what day it is!!! Lol - just can't get myself sorted… hopefully after weekend when we begin again with a 'normal' Monday!!! ;-)
