MALE.. NAUTICAL VINTAGE

Hello Everyone...

Been busy in the spare room today purging the closet...lots and lots of STUFF ready for the bins tomorrow....and it feels really good..finally..
Not only clothes in there...there were papers...books...old games and just junk...and far to many handbags and shoes..[bow my head in shame]..but finally all tidy and clean and empty...

Have a card to share today...a masculine Vintage...

This gorgeous image is from the Graphics Fairy and I just love him...

No colouring of course..he came just like this...lovely soft colours...

Papers are "Lost and Found Two" and created a knot or three with white cord..

Added more gauze and ripped the papers and layered them up..

The barrels and Pelican were off the internet and I reduced them and cut them out...added a bit of ink to the edges and navy pearls across the top flap..

Going to enter these challenges....

4 Crafty Chicks   [Nautical]

Crafting at the Weekend   [anything goes]

Paper Creator's Craft   [Anything goes]

Thanks so much for stopping by and I do appreciate your comments so much..

See you tomorrow...

Luv CHRISSYxx

As a regular visitor of my blog I'm sure you know by now that I love the vintage style, I love the nautical theme and I love cards for men! The way you combined these three makes it a brilliant 3 for 1 in my eyes! Fabulous detailing, I like how you ripped some of the paper and those knots are such a great detail!

I do love your ventures into vintage and this is wonderful... Love that nautical knot in the rope and the cheesecloth fishing nets... and the barrels and bird are very cool. Perfect framing of a great image.
