WEDNESDAY ALREADY!!
Hello Everyone....
Gosh!...it is Wednesday night here already and I really don't know what I have been doing...
We had a public holiday on Friday and Monday so it was a long weekend, that I had to work of course..apart from working, the boys, extra clients, an insane dog, a messy craftroom as I had a whoops!!..with embossing powder..cards orders, and trying to get some of my Christmas cards to stay in my box for sending out before they get sold..I'm just not sure what else I have been doing...lol..
Okay, I did have some down time and had a play in my room..here is what I made...
Another tap with running glue..err...water..
I love glossy accents...and lately distressing my edges with my scissors...how stimulating..seriously, I do love to do this.
And a side view..lovely thick layers...
This one I made a wee while ago...the image stirred something inside me..
Layers, cheesecloth, pearls, lace, and pretty lavender..
A side view....
Same image but different papers and beads this time...
And the side view...
Okay that's me done...thanks so very much for stopping by...better be off and have a tidy up and have got some serious painting to do..
luv CHRISSYxx

Beautiful cards Chrissy, One sure is familiar as I received it from you after dad passed away, and it's sitting in front of me on the shelf.xx
These are wonderful Chrissy xx
Gosh Chrissy sounds like you have had a very bust time lately but so glad that you found time to create such a beautiful card I love how you have created the running water effect, I don't use my glossy accents has much as I should, love the distressed edges of the papers also those gorgeous embellishments. The second card is also very beautiful I can see why you chose that image she has such a calming, serene look to her, the two different card designs are awesome, I love them all.

Simply Paper Card Design
Gorgeous shabby chic edges to the paper layers - I know why you love it, it gives such gorgeous dimension, texture and movement to the paper... I love it too! The running water is absolutely inspired - so effective. Your mixed media knowhow is really starting to pay off!
