LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!

Hello Everyone...

I'm not sure where this came from..maybe it was a packing envelope and I stored it away...but I was going through this tiny cupboard in my craft space and found it ripped in half right down the bottom and the creative juices started to flow...

I peeled some of the outer paper off...and underneath was this....

I kept peeling and my mind suddenly said "BEE'S"... that is just what it looked like to me...sooo..
Gold Acrylic paint and a wooden stamp flower and lots of fussy cut Bee's I had made this...

I thought the flower was a clear stamp and spent forever looking for it, but it was a wooden stamp from Rubbadubbadoo and probably by passed it 10 times..

I stamped the flower three times...coloured it all in and fussy cut them out...then added loads of dark beads to the centres...

The Bee's, I found on the net and fussy cut them out too...

Hot glue in the honeycomb drizzling down then sprinkled more yellow beads to look like honey was running down...

And that was it really...but I like it and had a lot of fun playing on my day off..

Thanks so much for stopping by..off to work this windy Saturday morning and lunch with"My Lady " today for her Birthday...so that will be nice.

See you tomorrow..

WoW! What a FABulous scene this is Chrissy.
Your imagination sure ran riot! LOve your little bees and their honey is perfection.
Know what you mean about looking for things and by passing them. I tend to go away, return and start again lol.

Oh wow hun, that is an amazing transformation - you are clever! Now if only I didn't have such an issue with buzzy bugs (even pictures of buzzy bugs made me shudder) - mind you, I would be much happier with this kind of bee around me than the bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ones! Hugs, xx

Sensational! Love that crazy texture in your cardboard and you're right of course... it had to be bees. I love the honey warm glow and it was so worth the hunt for the flower stamp. Love the wonderful beady stamens!
