KITTEN IN A MITTEN..

Hello Everyone...

It has been a rough few days after loosing my "Harry" and old habits die slowly, saying goodbye in the morning and no one is there..saying hello when you come home.. and trying not to rattle the keys in case he hears them..but you keep going don't you and I know I will adjust to the situation..it rocked me more than I thought it would.

But I'm on my blog today and very happy to share my project for MISS DAISY  using this gorgeous image from JENNIFER NILSSON ART and you can find all her sweet digi's at the Miss Daisy Store.

This is MITTEN KITTEN ..

Such a cute little digi...coloured with Faber Castel pencils and markers....

Little pinecones and flowers and die cut leaves..

Added some tiny bells with the berries and bow and love the jingle noise they make..

After colouring the mitten with the purple I had an awful time finding papers, but these ones were in my stash box and worked well....the sentiment is a stamp from LOTV..

So there we go..thanks so much for stopping by...off to work this morning on this drizzly day..and I will see you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

Oh, Chrissy, I'm so sorry to hear of Harry's passing. We lost our old boy just about a year ago so I know how you must be feeling. Just try to remember the great life he had with you. Your crafty friends will be here for you when you need them. Sending hugs, Tracey xx

Sorry to hear about Harry-our last dog died over 20 years ago and it still upsets me and I swore I would never have another dog ---however---when my son and his partner split up she threw the dog out too and as he is in private rent with no animals allowed we took her in despite having two cats and daughter back home with a dog and who does she latch onto --ME--omg tears in my eyes now-too soft aren't we !!!and can I just say without being thought weird I have since seen him but not a full dog just the back end following my hubby close to his legs done the garden path--anyway love your cute card and beautiful embellishments

A very cute image and a fab design. Your colouring is amazing and the flowers and papers are gorgeous. I understand how you are feeling, as I went through the same with our last cat we had for 19 years. They are part of your family. Take care and big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

Loosing a fur baby is so hard. They love us so unconditionally and become our best friends and comfort.
Your card is beyond adorable, it's beautifully put together and I love kittens.
