Christmas Crafts All Year Round and a tutorial..

Hello Everyone...

Today I am sharing my project for CHRISTMAS CRAFTS ALL YEAR ROUND

I was playing around in my craftroom quite awhile ago now and started making a canvas..

I was so surprised when the mountains appeared I started taking photos and made a tutorial..

Shame there were pics missing, but as I said I was so surprised as mountains were not in my mind...not a lot was... then suddenly there were mountains..

Used modelling paste on top of the mountains for snow..and added shading with paint..

So of course I addded grass with acryllic paints then stencilled some flowers...

Added snow in the sky and hated it as I didn't remove the yucky ones in time and they dried..

So I added glitter around a lot of the snowflake drops and they looked a bit better...

You can see a bit of sparkle here...

Then I painted the flowers and butterflies....

I coloured this sweet girl which was an e - mail freebie from Unky at the Eastwind Store called..

Year of the Golden dog...and I painted him dark brown..sheez..

Fussy cut them both out...

And added them to my Winter scene...then stamped the sentiment..

and that is the end..

Thank you so much for stopping by and I will go have a lay down now as I've been a busy busy  blogger today..see you tomorow..

Luv CHRISSYxx

I’m so glad you showed how this came to step by step. I think I wouldn’t have dared touching anything from step 2, being afraid of ruining it all, but those next steps certainly made a difference.

How wonderful those magically appearing mountains are - what a happy accident... and you exploited it to the full to create your wonderful canvas. I love the burst of colour of the spring flowers at the foot of the mountains, and the texture of the snow-capped peaks. Brilliant!
