MALE CARD NUMBER 2..

Hello everyone...

Monday morning here today, rather crisp but nice, sun is up and shinning and I'm going to have a walk today, not too far, just to get me out of the house and wave to my elderly friends who sit gazing out their window..

So onto my project for today, another masculine card, nautical, my favourite to do..

Another oxide background, the sea and clouds..

Straws cut and tied, sea sponge and micro beads..

There is some corrugated card in there and the netting this time is not a die it is my onion bag..

Added string to the anchor and some seagulls swooping in..

The Marianne creatables Sailing ship was cut 3 times and glued together for extra thickness, the hull coloured with Distress ink and a dauber, which makes colouring so fast and easy, the sails were brushed with pale grey ink..which you cannot see..

So there go, card number 2 for the boys, will be back tomorrow with another..

Thanks so much for stopping by..

Luv CHRISSYxx

Again you have made a wonderful card, the ship is stunning it really is, and everything including the onion bag looks amazing, you sure can create a scene, {in the nicest possible way of course...haha...} love the little joke too, so funny....enjoy the rest of your day.xx

Of course I love the cartoon - so true too!
I've been saving the netting from an onion bag for several years. I should have sent it to you since I never could come up with a good way to use this. Your card took my breath away! WHOA! So many details on it too. Love the way you used the straw. AWESOME!

Another masterpiece Chrissy! What a fabulous scene , that's a stunning ship die- love the use of the onion bag- it looks amazing on your creation.
Great cartoon- that made me laugh...I shall be vying with Matilda for prime lookout spot in front bedroom windows! Might even try some excited barking too :D Hope you enjoyed your outing.

WOW!!! OMG!!! Chrissy, this is just fantastic!! I am very jealous as my Mojo has run away from me!! Have you nicked it?!!!Lol!! The detail and design is incredible.
Haven't been able to go online much as I couldn't sit at the computer or even have my laptop on my lap, as my knees were just agony. 5 hours of heavy gardening!!
Big hugs, Carol S.xxxxx
