OXIDE INK FLOWERS..

Hello everyone..

Hope you are all well and happy, I had a bit of a chilly day today but I am now allowed out to socialize now, keeping a good distance still but a lot more freedom and went down to the local shops just to check things out and the little craft shop was open so I peeked inside... and... no one in there, YES!..I shot in there and grab every packet of card stock they had to make bases..lol..now I am happy..

So today I am sharing a Pink Oxide ink splattered flower card..

I die cut out all my flowers ad leaes...enough for two maybe three cards..

And then sprayed them with Tattered Rose oxide spray.

Add a bit of  tea dye splatter and water..

Then the leaves got some splatter with green..

And then I built my cards...

I love the speckled look on those leaves...I also added Nuvo gems to the centre of the flowers...

A lot of shine through the windows on this photography day..

And there we have to the two cards..both " thinking of you " very popular at this time..

So there we go,thank you so much for stopping by..see you tomorrow..

Beautiful card and I'm loving all those tiny little flowers. So pretty!
I had to laugh at you shooting into a store! Texas is pretty much all open now even though I think it's too early. However, I whipped into one of the craft stores here the other day since there were only two people in there - and they were on the other side of the store! I was all masked up and yet still almost bathed in hand sanitizer once I got back in the car!

Chrissy those cards are just gorgeous. I'm sure that the store was happy to have you come stock up with as many cards as you do, lol. Also glad that your Nuvo drops didn't explode on you!!!

Glad you were able to restock without encountering anyone too closely! This is such a pretty card design - those flowers are lovely, especially with the gorgeous leafy sprigs behind them. Lovely lacy frames too.
Stay safe out there, won't you?! We're still shielding strongly despite the English government's (reckless) advice (unlike the Scots, Welsh and Irish who are genuinely following the science rather than their big business sponsors) as my mother's in vulnerable groups at least twice over. But Ardern seems to have proven her worth again, by the look of things from here.

Wow Chrissy, your card is just gorgeous!! I love those flowers so much and how dimensional you made them too! I just love those oxide sprays! They're so fun to play with! In my state, nothing is open quite yet, so still inside, but outside while it's nice out anyway! :) Have a lovely weekend! HUGS

These are gorgeous Chrissy, love the doilies. So pleased to hear you were able to replenish your cardstock!! Lockdown has been relaxed a little for us too, longer exercise, anywhere now, as long as it is with members of your heousehold or one other person as long social distancing is practised. Life will never be the same again I think xx
