WHITE EMBOSSED FLOWERS..

Hello Everyone..

Well, here we are in June..my Winter..and I'm so hot it just is not funny..19oC today and I'm all hot and yucky and now feeling guilty for sitting in my craftroom on this gorgeous day...okay, that feeling has passed, I've had a great day today and got so much done, but they are for another day because today, I'm sharing violet white heat embossed flowers with you..

So die cut a heap of boring white flowers..

Then white embossed after using a Versamark pen and drawing in the lines for petal veins..

Then using Altenew inks I sponged over the veins and petals and SURPRISE..

Oh, they looked so pretty after I curled them with my pencil...

Die cut leaves and sponged green inks....

Added pearl centres to the flowers as they had a big hole in the centre...and see those tiny little petals on the right side down the bottom, I cut out HEAPS of those too and inked them up..

And onto a card they went, I had plenty of petals and leaves left over so I made another card which is coming up..

I loved this butterfly and then put it on crooked, I should have butted it up to that layer a bit more, but he was inked up as well...and looks pretty.

A side view...

And here is card 2...a Thank you card..

Beautiful papers and those tiny flowers match so well..

And a side view..

Have you noticed the doily permantley glued down there, well, I smudged ink, brown ink or paint, probably paint and that is where I stand my cards for photography so had to find a way to deal with it as I have no more woodgrain papers that size or colour to fix the problem..so there you go, just in case you were wondering..

Right off to get my dinner organised as it is starting to get dark and the cat keeps patting my leg and her claws are starting to come out, so will go and pop this on schedule..lamb chops today, glazed carrots, peas, [I love peas..] and a spud or two, so I will see you tomorrow and thanks so much for stopping by..

Luv CHRISSYxx

More beauties Chrissy, love the veins on those flowers and the curled petals really make them come alive. We have had some cooler weather today which is quite welcome after the heat we have had since Covid-19 arrived. We even had some rain yesterday too xx
