FROM GREY AND SOFT TO LOUD AND PROUD..

 Hello everyone,

Thank you to you all for wishing me to feel better..I wish I did, but am getting there, high fever, pains, apparently a virus!?..if they don't know what you got it is a virus...

Anyway, onto today's loud and proud and may I say very bright, sympathy cards..all people from all walks of life like different things, it would a boring old world if we all like the same thing, and I made these cards using, for the first time, Ephemera pieces...they had no sentiments happening  until a lady saw them while picking up her order and just gushed over them and wanted all to be Sympathy..her words.." my old cronie friends love bright happy times and these will be perfect"...sold!!

They were all separate but I then decided to make up a box and put them inside for her...

I bought some packets of ephemera and never used them,
I didn't know what to do WITH them..

So I spread them all out over my desk..

Put them into pairs or sets..

Mixed and matched from different co's.. and also opened some mail and had a beautiful new die set from Paper Rose..and used that floral die to layer my ephemera..

Put together five cards ready for gluing..

I was really pleased with them..

I stamped a simple verse on the inside of them all..

Well, two sentiment stamps but shared them out for all the cards...

Card one...

Card two...

Card three...

Card Four...

Card five...

This is the box, I nearly wrote card six with a very confused feeling going through my head as I only made five cards, then remembered the box..ha ha ha..

And the cards and box together...

I have since purchased more Ephemera packs and going to do more..thank you Amazon for such fast service..wow..

So there we go, sorry such a big post, lots of pictures..

Thank you so much stopping by, time for more drugs and a lay down, gosh, this is awful..not Covid, just a bug, but lingering for too long..

See you tomorrow..

Luv CHRISSYxx

Gorgeous cards Chrissy- so striking, beautifully designed and a clever way of using the ephemera.
Sorry you're still not feeling well, hope the bug doesn't hang around too much longer.

What a gorgeous boxed gift set, Chrissy. The striped background is especially stunning with those flowers and butterflies! I'm sorry to hear you're still not well. It's difficult dealing with those unknown health-care issues where no one has an answer. I hope you are recovered long before doctors discover what it is! love, de
