RESIN, BLACK PAINT, WHITE CAT..OH OH!

 Hello everyone,

Back today to share quite a few photos only because I have added to posts into one..

It all started with a day of painting my resins..and finding boo boo's..

I decorated this card on the other side, flipped it over to add my sticker and this was on the other side..Oop's..πŸ˜‚

Sorted out some resin frames and balustrades to paint..

And some birds [shouldn't have done that though] with the birds!!

These came out so cool and I added just a smudge of silver Nuvo mousse
to age them down a bit..

I was very happy with the frames too, from white/cream to black then added mousse..

I tries several colours and this one called Champagne was the best..

So had them all done ready for cards etc..lay them in front of the craft room window as the sun streams in there...

And this happened..

As I was not using the bigshot she used that as a pillow too...
Fortunately the paint was more or less pretty dry, but just imaging if it wasn't..

So frames all done and made some cards...

Alcohol ink leaves..

And some cute sweet flowers...[ Altenew dies]

Paper scraps and black ovals from my spare die cut tray and added them to this box...which holds 4 - A2 size cards..

Cards inside the box...

Card one....the frame for this one was die cut in black card stock and using my fingers smudged mousse onto it..came out really nice.

Card 2..I should have trimmed the bottom off the die cut more to fit the buds in...
but I didn't..

Card 3..all with left over scraps..

And the 4 cards together..

So there we go, thank you so much for stopping by and glad you made it to the end..

I've been outside working today with my Grandson, gosh they are so young and fit, I'm jealous πŸ˜‚ but ever so grateful that he takes the time to come and do it..we had to chop a huge Hydrangea bush down ready for the winter.

I'll see you tomorrow..

Luv CHRISSYxx

I think its lovely when the grandkids come over, nice to know they don't mind spending time with us, as for your hydrangea I am still waiting on mine flowering, perhaps abit more sunshine will help.xx

I’ve done some of those same boo-boos, Chrissy. I always enjoy seeing photographs of your creative process. These cards are especially lovely. What a wonderful way of gifting someone with your beautiful artwork. Thanks for today’s inspiration! Hugs, de

Four gorgeous cards Chrissy. Love the moulded frames and the pretty flowers. Great designs. Weather here today has been dreadful, the wind was really strong and they had closed a bridge because it was too dangerous to go over it. Together with the heavy rain, so it was in doors all day, making my Grandson's birthday card for next week. Have a lovely weekend, big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

The resins look amazing when painted up Chrissy and luckily your cat didn't have to walk around with the imprints lol. Your selection of cards came out so beautifully! Isn't it great to have big strong grandsons!
