Hello everyone,
Back to share another couple of grunge style cards, well, what I call Grunge, and sharing two cards..same technique but slightly different..
These sure do take a long time but if you have a good Netflix movie on that you can listen too because they are too dark and gloomy to see, then you just listen and jump when the appropriate time comes...or not..I seem to jump for no reason these days..lol..
So my card started off making panels, just papers, dark, from my stash and cardstock for embossing with the Glitter paste, so very creamy it's inclined to seep under the stencil, but that's okay, makes more grunge..
Added splatters everywhere...
Added more ink and splatters...
This panel curled up quickly and then I realised that PVA glue is not cool!..
Finished project..same flower as last post..
Next up..#3
Same thing, panels and embossing paste..
See the imperfections, I need pixie spray for my stencils to hold them down but the flowers and splatters and grunge cover it all up anyway...
Left the top quite open in that corner, but I think it works..
Little more dimension but I fluffed the flowers up to make this happen..
And the finished card..
So there we go, thank you so much for stopping by, tomorrow I will start showing you my projects using all those leaves I made..that was a lot of fun too..

More gorgeous grunginess, these cards are stunning Chrissy.
Had to smile at your comment about 'dark' movies- why do they do that??? I know it's meant to atmospheric and realistic ...but really?!!

Wow! The layers on your design are fantastic and I just love the texture you've achieved with your paste as well! Yes, the pixie spray is awesome and I can't live without it! Be careful not to over-do it or it leaves a sticky gum over your project! Beautiful grunge results!!
Love them both Chrissy. I am sure you enjoyed making them and we enjoyed seeing them. Stay safe and big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

Love the effect of the layers of paints and paste and wonderful flowers. Grungy is a good word to describe these cards.
