WOLF..

 Hello everyone,

Sharing a card I made with a leftover piece of card stock that I could not throw away and really sure I could use it..

I needed a circle for another project, cut it out, and then looked at the negative..[as you do]..and had an idea..this could probably have been a lot simpler but I didn't think about that at the time..

So there I was sweating in my craftroom thinking I wish it was Winter, and then looked at this negative card.

Folded it..

Then cut a circle of accetate glued it in place on the inside...and added a frame

See...scoring it into a fold was not easy as I only had package plastic to use..

Then I took this picture and now I'm not sure what it is, ha ha ha..

So another frame on the inside and my beautiful wolf...

There it is open...

and again for some reason..

Then went through my dies for vines or a border or something to cover things up that you don't want to see and found this one in my stash..

And this leafy border die which went quite well with the other one, so on they went...

I thought it looked pretty good..

Added black card stock on the inside..again, the long way round, things could have been so much easier..

Random shots...#1

#2

#3

And the final card with it's envelope...

So there we go..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you tomorrow..

As you say, could’ve been done easier perhaps, but what a treasure this leftover white piece of card turned into!

All of that sweating must have paid off here Chrissy! Really brilliant design with the pretty wolf photo inside! I usually throw it away, but I need to think more like you and work through it! That die border really sets things off so nicely with this! Beautifully done my friend!
