Hello everyone,
I have blogger issues today and cannot comment, I'm also having issue with Facebook, it keeps freezing on me so thought I would post a card up as this is the only place that I can use..
So onto cone flowers and yellow ones this time, water coloured on Bockingford card stock, love this stuff, and a very relaxing time..
And another fun thing was using this old Stampin' Up ink pad which was still so moist and perfect after at least 12 years..
I used it after I water coloured these panels and needed a bit of depth and..
it did it's job for me..thanks Blue Bayou..
Then started on my flowers, die cut first and then the layers
of water colouring began..
Added a dark mustard colour for shading..
The leaves left me a bit high and dry, but I'll work on those..
Started gluing my flower layers together, water colouring dries so fast
thank fully..added dimensional dots on first layer for more dimension..
And here is the first one..
Back to these leaves and using a dauber and Olive green ink from Altenew,
I livened them up a bit..
Added white blotchy dots on the flower centers,
pen going dry or it does not like water paint.
And on the card base they went after I glued down my blue panel..
Dimension, love it..
Added a little Hero Arts marker coloured Bee and some clear gem drops..
Done..
Thank you so much for stopping by,
Sunday morning here with light rain and 16oC..perfect.
Luv CHRISSYxx

Love your gorgeous yellow coneflowers Chrissy- hope you get you blogger issues sorted.

And another beautiful coneflower card. On my desk there is a gelliplate background and 3 flowers, so I think I must copy a bit of your card (if you allow me to).
