SPRING SHOWERS...

 Hello everyone,

Things have calmed, ha ha ha, don't be too sure, I just went over to Concord and 9th, became new customer, because I was commenting  on a DT challenge and fell in love with this ladies dies and went shopping, Sunday morning therapy..awesome.. and also, been using my new dies and making rose buds, and rose leaves this morning and seriously considering gluing up the big roses..

But first I'm going to share this fun project after being inspired by Tina Smith HERE watching her You Tube channel and just needed to case it, a bit [a lot]  but the idea came from her...

Front and inside of my card....

Lots of die cut flower...dirt made with kraft and a cute snail..

There he is...

Dew drops on the flowers...

and falling rain drops...squirt...flick...squirt...flick,
that's how you make raindrops with glossy accents..

Beautiful dragonfly, die cut out him out, had him my stash for years, wonder why we don't use such lovely things more often..

This is the part that I was inspired by Tina...

Layers of clouds in different sizes[ depths] add rain and umbrellas
...so pretty and fun..

More squirt flick raindrops...

Upside down for a reason,  just to show it's not THAT dimensional..

And there she all done and I love it...and the sentiment I stamped was perfect for it..

Spring shows us what God can do
with a little bit of dirt and some rain...

And the open card..

So there go, Sunday afternoon here while typing this up,
but not when you guys read it..

So thank you so much for stopping by, I'm off for a Nana nap and to watch my movie [love Sundays]

A fantastic design Chrissy, love the layered clouds with the cheerful red brollies- then it opens up to the gorgeous display of flowers. Those raindrops look amazing- I just shudder to think what would happen if I tried it- certainly wouldn't look like your fab raindrops!
