SUMMER FLOWERS...

 Hello everyone,

Crikey!!!..2oC this morning..that is only 34oF  and the sun is still so watery, it wants to shine but there are clouds and it's frosty, so we could have a black frost...but I'm not going anywhere, and neither is someone else...

So, as it is so cold this morning, I thought of a sunshine project to share..

I have had this jar die for quite awhile, and time it came out to play..
So using my markers I coloured it..

Then die cut the jar again using acetate, and attached it to the lid.

Then the flowers were cut and coloured..

Picked out some very old papers, stripes and spots..

and another sort of thin stripe..

AND..another stripe, and they all played nicely together..

My new leaf border die and used white card stock to cut the out..

and it fits just right under the jar.

and a real must in the craftroom for dies like this, so easy to get all the bits out..

Every card needs a good splatter with white..

even mister snail got a dose, I LOVE this snail..
He's all coloured up with markers too..

And finally I added a cute tag and the jar is shining like water..

So, there we go..

Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

Oh, and look..

So happy..

I love this pretty card, and the flowers are a favourite, also love the little tag and string, its so cute. I have a jar stamp like that jar but I just can't make it work somehow, the flowers never sit right, after seeing this will have to re-think it..hahaha...xxx

Your jar of flowers is just gorgeous and I love how you colored up the snail, the leaf border is a nice touch with it. Sweet sentiment too!
