FAVOURITE CRITTER...DT

 Hello everyone,

It is time for a new challenge over at AS YOU LIKE IT and our Sarah is hostess this fortnight with the them.." YOUR FAVOURITE CRITTER "

Easy for me, my girl is my critter and my favourite of all time..and I needed a card last month for a friends birthday who has a cat ( Bella ) and Bella and Holly are computer friends.

This the photo of Holly I wanted to use and wanted to mimic those leaves in

front of her, the dried ones..

So I made these..

They were inked up and while wet squashed and left to dry inside paper towle.

When paper was opened they had natural wrinkles, just like mine, and were beautiful, just like me.

.ha ha ha

So I cut out stone shapes in gray card and a dirty brown card

, then inked their edges and I had stones..

I poked the leaves in between the stones and that was my border..

A simple hello die cut sentiment and lengthy message inside

and I was done..

It was received and loved, so that was good..
