LEFTOVER PUMPKINS AND A BIRD

 Hello everyone,

Back so soon, yes I am, I've been really busy and missed quite a few days as I'm ploughing away at the latest scrapbook and it is going really well, so that's a good thing, I hurt my Achilles tendon, so that's a bad thing and things have been a bit awkward there, no walking for what seems like forever and I miss that, and in between I've been making booklets to share soon, from envelope and hinge binding, that was super fun, so very busy in the background..

these were leftovers from my tags, the pumpkins are really huge and layered
and weren't quite right for a tag..

I glued these leaves down on a kraft sheet of cardstock ( File folder really )

Then these ones on top..

then a fence and a bird were added..

and I had a quick card

bit of dimension going on but not too much..

Some quotes from a quote book and it was done..

" How fast in the time flying "
" Embrace life's adventures "

Nice..

So there we go.

Thank you so much for stopping by,
I'll see you again soon..

Luv CHRISSYxx

Gorgeous card with that fab fence, veautiful pumpkins and lovely bird. Great leaves too.
Poor you with your Achilles tendon. About 20 years ago I broke it while playing tennis, so I had to be operated. After 6 weeks I could walk again and after 3 months I played tennis again. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Super autumn card Chrissy- those pumpkins look fantastic! Hope your tendon soon heal- it's so frustrating when you can't walk anywhere- pain isn't good either!!! xx

Wow, yes, you layered up a great card and those leaves look like they are really falling, lol. I'm still trying to use my scraps and bits and bobs up, so I admire how you always seem to put together a great collage. I sure hope your heel recovers soon and no more pain or limping. Sometimes with my spinal arthritis, my foot (nerve pain from my hip and lower back) feels like I'm gonna break it to put weight on it near the ankle. But I do and it doesn't, just hurts like the devil. xoxo

Those pumpkins are quite large for a tag, but helped you create a fabulous fall card! All the layers are wonderful and work so well together. Good luck with your healing journey! Thanks so much for joining us at Cardz 4 Guyz this month. I hope to see you in the gallery for our next challenge. Sue - DT
