KEEP IT SIMPLE..DT

 Hello everyone,

Back with a new challenge for Little Red Wagon and our lovely Imke is hostess and her theme is..

" K " for keep it simple..

I had an idea the day or two before making these while sitting on the bus going into town
and must have talked out loud ( like I do )..and a man sitting beside of me said, that it sounded like a good idea..lol..so embarrassed.

Along with the white bases I also made some yellow ones for a change
and decided to keep the die cut flowers white.

I die cut Bird of Paradise flower in white and coloured.

Then added yellow to flower centers

made amess of the leaf placement but kept going.
once that glue sets it sets..

Die cut this leaf die in copper foil

They are so pretty.

and die cut sentiments in foil as well with the left overs..

and made a set of sympathy cards

eight in total and for me, these are simple..
just die cuts glued down and a bit of colouring..

So do come and join us HERE

thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you again soon..

luv CHRISSYxx

Lol I had to laugh at your bus episode Chrissy. I think half my thoughts silently the other half out loud and don't understand when people don't know what I'm talking about lol. Your sympathy card is just beautiful!

Sympathy cards are never easy to make and these are just the right level of elegance and simplicity, with the appropriate level of seriousness. Such lovely cards! And obviously, the man beside you on the bus was right (hihihihi)...it was a good idea!

I do talk to myself out loud at home alone sometimes. One time Honey overheard me and I shocked myself by admitting it. He was fine with it and I was relieved. Then later I told my daughter when they were visiting and she said he's better be fine with it and her hubby said she does it too lol. As an only child she had an imaginary friend for the longest time.
Well, you also do lovely CAS work and these cards are proof. I'm surprised that I recognize the Stamplorations sentiment. Usually I never recognize your dies. So sorry you had such a bad storm, I hope you were able to put the tomato plants back into the ground okay! xox

Haha, nice that you got confirmation on your idea. (: Eight cards- wowzers! Sympathy cards are always nice to have on hand so you don't have to make one when needed. Fabulous set!

Really fresh, clean, simple and beautiful cards. I sometimes canʻt remember if I said something out loud or was just thinking it to myself. I have gotten myself in trouble, adamant that "I told you that "...Oh well, I too am glad he agreed with you.
