Hello everyone,
Are you into the swing of things yet? finding you way into the new year and getting back into postings....I'm struggling, only a little bit, my days can blur, my son has gone away for work and I'm tending the garden by myself and the days are floating on by and I have not accomplished much..PLUS it was so hot the other day 37oC and down the land a bit 41oC ...crazy..
BUT..today is cooler and I'm going to walk to the shops I don't drive anymore as my eyes wont let me..and it is time for a new challenge at LITTLE RED WAGON where our lovely Kate is hostess with the theme...
River of Dreams ( nightmare, dreaming or even nightmares)
I thought for quite awhile on this one but settled with the idea of a dream catcher
and knew I had this image in my files and never used it..I bought it originally for my eldest Son's
birthday but he was more into cars and stuff so went with that..
I ran out of this card stock, the teal colour so have to improvise
by cutting what was left into strips.
Kraft mat with the teal behind,
and added my strips of teal and waiting for glue to set.
Then the feather idea came so die cut and inked to match
what was in the picture.
added a gem and was really happy with the colour of the feathers and gem..
Added a simple quote " Dream with limitless possibilities "
and done..
Do come join in HERE
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you soon..
luv CHRISSYxx

Stunning card Chrissy. Your creativity is endless!
Here we have had about 30 cm of snow, which has melted in the meantime. At the moment the sun is shining and it is about 7 degrees. 41 is too much!!!
it's a wonderful card Chrissy......gr karin
Amazing, so much atmosphere in this card, great image and love the addition of the feathers and the teal additions. The photo corners are very impressive too. A Super male card. x
Fabulous card and image but love the beautiful feathers.

Fabulous Chrissy, love the wolf and dream catcher- great inspiration for that super theme!
xx
This is a gorgeous image, Chrissy and doubly good with dreams and night. Sorry to hear it is so warm. We have suppose to have a bit of a cool spell which sounds perfect to me. I love flannel shirt weather (donʻt laugh at me =).
Gorgeous card, Chrissy! I know many a fantasy fiction fan who would love this card, too.
Perfect way to use that teal card. I've even cut scraps into long strips and made a frame on the image...if only I could miter corners LOLOL. Very nice card for the theme, xoxo
This is absolutely gorgeous Chrissy, not just the image but the stunning colours, so beautiful.
Your summer sounds like its sizzling, abit to hot for me these days but even so, wow, take care. xx
So very pretty! I especially love your inked feathers! The die cuts are absolutely perfect!
FYI, while you're roasting, everything is shut down in my city today due to a blizzard!!
That is so cool, your image was waiting for just the right time. The feathers are a great size and they are a perfect touch to go with the image for sure, I love that gem with them, just tops it off perfectly!
Fabulous card, Chrissy! The teal and kraft together look fantastic. I hope that weather stay on the cooler side....37º to 41º - yikes!!
This is so mysterious and stunning Chrissy. Love the colours and all the added embellishments. I don't know how you stick the heat, I am just no good at it and prefer to be cold. I hope you managed to get back from the shops without melting lol.
Great improvising Chrissy. What a lovely image, perfect for a dream catcher inspired project x
