Holidays

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick post for a challenge today, plus I dont want to sit here too long as I have hurt my lower back, and damn it hurts...stupid vaccume cleaners...made for short people...I'm 5ft 10" and these new things are
made for 4ft 10" people.....and I suppose the way I sit at the computer does not help...and the way I craft....half the time I stand and play with my cards...saves getting up and down...OK moaning minnie..get on with the post.

A freebie from Anne Fenton.

I wrote that on the letter box...lol..can you tell.

Great little image for all sorts of things.
Coloured with pencils...and my green copic..lol..papers are from Rosies studio called 'Transit'.
I cut the words off one of the sheets and matted them, and stapled them on.
Very easy quick card, and entering it in the challenge at The Secret Crafter  their theme is 'Holiday'

Thats it all done will see you tomorrow...have a surprise for you.

Luv CHRISSYxx

Ouch! I totally feel your pain. We are the same height so I understand what you mean about things being made for short people. Hope you are feeling better soon. This is a very cute card.

Lovely card hun, you sure do get some interesting stamps down under, love this image. Sorry about your back hun (from one sufferer to another, but I'm short) - might be worth taking yourself off for a nice swim, that will help to gently ease the muscles - plus you won't need a bath, lol! Hope you feel better soon sweetie. Hugs Sxx

Hi Chrissy. I am sorry you hurt your back. That is not good for your line of work. I hope you have couple of days off to get back to yourself. I love your card. I have this freebie and I just haven't gotten a chance to color it. Love how you wrote in the words. What a fun card for a trip. Take care. Hugs, Lisa

Wow! You did a wonderful job with Anne's image, Chrissy! Has she seen this? If not, you need to post it at The Outlawz under the Freebie section. She'll post it on her blog too and get you a little extra exposure if you tell her it's okay. I haven't colored this one yet but I sure love what you'be done with it!

Hi Chrissy,
I can relate to the 'tall' problem. But then my hubby is a bit shorter than me & I get him to do the hovering, LOL! It's the low ironing board that always makes me suffer & thank goodness I don't have to push prams any more! I digress, because this is a gorgeous card. The image is lovely & your colouring looks fabulous. Thanks for joining us at Secret Crafters this week.
Hugs,
Andie xx
