Welcome back to another MAKE IT MONDAY
It is so cold here in my wee part of the world....not that I mind too much, but the dog wont go outside...he spends all his time walking backwards when I open the door....I have to drag him out....unless I say 'walkies'...that makes him move.
Congratulations to last weeks winners, there were so many lovely projects last week.
I spotted this little beauty, and chose her for my favourite.

Right...another week is kicking in, and another sponsor...
paper collection. Very pretty papers.
I was so lucky to be able to have a play with a set of these papers...gorgeous.
My card is a bit pink, because I had a little play with the lighting, and when I up loaded it, I had made it so light you couldn't see the papers..lol..so I played again, and now it's pink.
The papers I used were...background..textured 'pretty rose'
leaves 'pretty rose'
punched edge 'Awaken Hazle'
Flowers 'pretty little apple'
flower centers 'textured pretty little apple'
The image is 'Crooked cake' from Carmen and was a freebie.
Coloured with pencils, and added tiny pink sea beads around the edge of the cake.
Left the spots and flowers uncoloured for a reason.........................................[I forgot]

I think thats really clever Chrissy a pink card from Blue papers lol but it dosent matter what colour it is its a real knockout stunner of a card...I had visions of your poor dog clingling onto the door frame and you trying to drag him out, are you anywhere near the snow?

Poor dog, I wouldn't like to be dragged out in all weathers either lol. Love your cake card, yummy image Chrissy, love all the different layers and your pink papers look fine lol. Your pick of the week is just gorgeous!
Oh, this card is too cute! I love that little fish in the tipping bowl! I like how you added the texture at the base of the cake's layers. The card's colors are wonderful as is your card. Thank you for joining us at Hooked on Craft Challenges!

Hi Chrissy. This is my third time of coming over and seeing your wonderful card. The first two times I was running way late and never did get to tell you how much I love how you have colored this and put the sparkles on it as well. I love, love your cake stamp. I so wish I could have gotten it to go to the free page and I think it is just adorable. I hope that you and Harry are staying warm. Did your Grandson's win their rugby match the other day?
