Onto Steampunk number 2...I looked on google after seeing steampunk or hearing about it, and was even more confused, but found this paragraph which may help a bit....
" Steampunk is the -genre of science fiction..alternate history..victorian meets science"
" What the past would look like it the future had happened sooner"

Some more cogs....which dont really take that much time to cut out...I just cut them into a circle...close to the teeth part, then just nipped on an angle quite quickly...oh! and my finger tip..new scissors..

Colored again with pencils, a slow process, with the worst lighting of all time...pot lights..hmpf.
Gold gel pen for a bit of shine, a lot of inked edges, and the cogs, to give a more rusty look, and then some pearl brads just to lighten up a bit.
So there is my Steampunk 2, really fun to do..you can go as messy as you want..I just dont do mess.
I do try, but even inking the edges 'distresses' me more than the paper..lol..

Chrissy this is awesome once again. I still have these two digi's on my computer from when you talked about them before, but I have always been somewhat intimidated to do anything with them. If it's ok with you some time in the future I would love to use your card as an example to make one. I also love, love your discription as to what steampunk is.
