Hello Everyone...
Saturday morning for me...pouring with rain...not too cold...in my Jim Jam's.. and typing this post, as I found this card in my file box when sorting out the dates for DT cards..[cause that is what I do..] and there it was...so here we go.
I found this tutorial over at Heathers Haven for a birdhouse card, and thought I would give it a go...
Now I must admit that my measuring is shocking..I don't follow direction well..lol..and I made this simple wee card three times...so I used the idea my way, and it went a lot easier...
This is the front...papers are MME 'Bramble Rose'...memory box 'Madera' corner cut up for foliage..and Marianne bird and fence..with a few WOC daffodils..
Quite simple, but I would line the card to give it some thickness next time..AFTER..I cut out the hole...or maybe a thicker cardstock..
So there we go on this wet Saturday morning...

Your choice of papers is perfect for this little bird house - it really looks as though it's made of wood. The die cut fence and swirls really go well with this design. I think is pretty and sweet!

It's ADORABLE Chrissy. You rebel you, making it your own way. LOL...I'm horrible at following directions myself, but I absolutely love how you were inspired to make this. I think it would be a huge seller...precious design. :)
