Hello Everyone...
Crikey...Thursday already...and a bit chilly too, and the outlook is not too bright for the weekend...guess it will be a crafty weekend..now, that made me smile.
Have a quickie to share...Digi Darla had a cute little freebie to join in their challenge this week, so I took him and here he is...
Cute...coloured with Faber Castell pencils and the flower petals were paper pieced with Crate paper 'Random' and the centre Authentique 'Comfort and Familiar'...
A butterfly was strategically placed as the glue squirted out onto my shading...and left a nasty blob!!
The side view...The background papers..MME 'Honey'..
I used the scraps from the paper piecing to make some other little flowers and added buttons to the centres...and MS punched leaves..
So there we go....

Chrissy I think your card is awesome! I could never color with pencils and make it look that good! I totally understand about the blob of glue! I have had that happen! I love the paper piecing too.

This is really sweet, Chrissy! The paper pieced flower looks fantastic, and I would never have thought the butterfly was there for a purpose - nice cover up job! I also like your matching hand made flowers - I love the brown paper with spots you've used for the flowers, and they go so well with the colors of your other DPs too!

I could live with this one okay!! He's about as cute as the one that liked to get his foot stuck in my little jewelry box that had the spinning ballerina in it. Always weird to see a fuzzball spinning inside instead of the tiny dancer....

Interesting how our take on the weather changes - I used to be a complete sun bunny, and now when I see a sunny forecast, I start to panic - will it be crafting or outdoor activities?!
