Hello Everyone...well.. what a weekend with blogger!!...the dastardly little blighter gave me a hard time thats for sure..but at least I can post...just the commenting was a headache..
Time for a new week, and a new week means, MAKE IT MONDAY ...
Thanks to all who joined us last week...fabulous amount of entires...makes my job all the more difficult to choose my POTW [pick of the week]..but somehow I manage in the end...
And this week we have the fabulous SATURATED CANARY as our sponsor..
For my DT share I played with this little beauty...BUBBLES
There she is...such a lovely image to colour....and tried a new colour combo with two pencils..blue and violet, and must say, I'm very pleased how the colours came out.
A close up of her dress...coloured with Faber Castell pencils...and added glossy accents to her bubbles..
The side view...lots of embellies on this one...flowers and rose ribbon from stash...birdcage die.. and little resin doves from a local craft lady..resin flower too and the papers are Prima 'Sweetfairy" and Kaiser craft "Le Chateau Collection...
And my show off bit..lol..
And for my POTW I fell in love with this creation from # 20 Kelly
Such a sweet image and love bright zingy papers and great stitching...thanks for sharing with us Kelly...
So thats me done....off to work shortly so this is going on schedule...

Love your project this week and all the sweet touches you've added. The glossy accents on the bubbles is a perfect touch and incorporating two birdcages and the doves was a great touch. I agree with you, the blue and purple are so pretty together.

Hi Chrissy, I have to tell you that Saturated Canary is one of my favorite stamps. I don't have any in rubber, but I just love coloring their eyes and hair. Happy 3rd MIM birthday! Love the blue and purple together. I have a few SC digis but still haven't had the courage to colour them. Guess I'll have to some time soon, since they are fabulous.
